1. AUTOCAD DRAUGHTSMAN – INTERIOR FIT-OUT/ JOINERY

Role & Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed shop drawing mainly in joinery works such as fire rated/non fire rated doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, vanity counters, wardrobes, Pergolas and other items such as gypsum ceiling etc.
• Making 2D drawings, Sectional plans, elevations, section details, spot details for every joint point as required for production.
• Prepare and review the shop drawings for day to day site activities.
• Prepare conceptual and working drawing for interior design projects.
• Prepare DXF files with layers as used in writing CNC Programs.
• Prepare finished designs from sketches.
• Co-ordinate drawing reviews and updates with Site Engineers & Production Engineers.
• Establish and maintain well-organized filing and retrieval system for all drawings.
 

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Certificate in Computerized Drafting (Auto Cad, Architectural Cad) from an accredited institution, supplement by on-going up-dating of AutoCAD
releases (ie Auto Cad 2000, version 14)
• Minimum of 5 – 7years of directly related experience in the preparation of carpentry fit-out drawings.
• Sound knowledge of Plotter hardware and software.
 

2. ESTIMATOR - INTERIOR FIT-OUT/JOINERY 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints,
specifications, and related documents.
• Cross-check Clients' BOQ against tender drawings and specifications.
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 

Candidate Profile:

• Should have a minimum 5 years fit out experience, preferably with Architectural Degree or BSc in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Knowledge of different methods of measurement and cost analysis.
• Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit out suppliers & Sub Contractors in the local market & overseas
